This is where we recover all of our ethanol from the tincture produced by our reactor. Essentially the tincture is pumped to a preheater using a cycle pump controlled by a VFD. The tincture is heated to 165F using a water heater and is sprayed through a nozzle in an atomizer. The tincture is then run down an evaporator in which the ethanol (having a high flash point of 55F) is then evaporated off the tincture. The oil, now essentially ethanol free, is dripped down to the residue vessel. The ethanol vapor travels to the condensor, which is cooled to 41F using our chiller, transforming it back to liquid which runs down to the recovery vessel.
The Auto Vap 15 requires some intense plumbing to allow it to work. The preheater, residue vessel and evaporator are all heated using the highest end water heater on the market. The condensor and recovery vessel are cooled using an Italian chiller which is produced in great quality. These elite machines allow us to push our Auto Vap to an extreme output.
